The Society can help you trace your ancestors from Saint-Pierre-les-Becquets, Sainte-Cécile-de-Lévrard and Sainte-Sophie-de-Lévrard once you have taken your own line back to 1940, and it sells or holds for consultation the BMS registers, the mill and cannery books, the history of the 7th rang and the 2004-2008 calendars.

The Society holds records that could allow you to trace your ancestors and build your family tree. Here is how it works: you must first trace your ancestors from today back to 1940. That means knowing the names, dates and places of marriage of your parents, your grandparents and perhaps even your great-grandparents. This information is essential in order to begin your search, since public records are only accessible from 1940 and earlier. From there we will be able to guide you in the search for your ancestors from Saint-Pierre-les-Becquets, Sainte-Cécile de Levrard or Sainte-Sophie de Levrard, putting our records at your disposal and in time helping you develop your family tree.
Once that step is complete, searching on the Internet could give you access to the story of some of your ancestors who were figures of standing in their day.
The Society also holds various documents that may be consulted on the premises, by appointment. A number of documents are offered for sale as well. Here is the list:
